Women’s Strength & Hormone Education

The women’s arm of The Empowered Body Co is an education-led strength platform for women 30+ navigating hormonal change.

We combine science-backed hormone literacy, strength training, nervous system awareness and practical nutrition guidance to help women understand their bodies, not fight them.

From our free 14-day “Coming Home to Your Body” experience, to in-depth group programs, live training, education sessions and ongoing membership, everything we offer is built around one principle: becoming more, not less.

  • Hormone literacy that makes sense of your energy, mood and cycles.

  • Nutrition as fuel, without guilt, restriction or moral labels.

  • Midlife mental health and nervous system awareness.

  • Perimenopause education without stigma or silence.

  • Movement that supports real life, not just aesthetics.

  • Neurodivergent-aware, inclusive approaches that meet you where you are.

Beyond structured programs, we create spaces for deeper learning and connection, workshops, events, education nights and future conferences designed to make conversations about hormones, cycles and menopause informed, inclusive and empowering.

Because understanding your physiology changes how you train, how you eat, how you rest, and how you see yourself.

Community Events & Experiences

Education doesn’t only belong online.

We host interactive, in-person gatherings designed to make hormone and midlife education accessible, empowering and genuinely enjoyable.

Our flagship event, Peri(menopause) & Prosecco, brings childbirth-class energy to the perimenopause conversation, blending science-backed education, fun, honest discussion and a little celebration of this next chapter.

Alongside this, we’ll be hosting community exercise sessions, community fundraisers, educational evenings and future conferences centred on hormones, movement, midlife health and inclusive body literacy.

Strength is about becoming more, not less.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why have you only released the free program so far?

We’re building this platform intentionally, not hurriedly.

The 14-day Coming Home to Your Body experience is our foundation, designed to introduce the education and philosophy that underpins everything we do. Our first full 8-week education and strength program launches in April, followed by our ongoing membership.

We’re growing this space with care, ensuring every program is thoughtful, evidence-based and genuinely supportive, not rushed for the sake of getting it out there.

Is this a weight loss program?

No and it never will be

This is a strength and education program. We focus on hormone literacy, performance, energy, recovery and long-term health, not shrinking your body. When women understand their physiology, their habits improve naturally. But the goal is capability, not a number on a scale. You may and probably will lose weight throughout the program but that is not mentioned and is not the focus.

Why don’t you track weight or use before-and-after photos?

Because your body is not a marketing tool.

We don’t measure success by weight changes or visual transformations. Hormonal shifts, muscle gain and midlife physiology make scale-based metrics unreliable and often misleading. Instead, we track strength, energy, confidence, knowledge and how you feel in your body, the markers that actually matter long term.

How is this different from other fitness programs?

Most programs tell you what to do.

We teach you why.

Education sits at the centre of everything we offer — from weekly seminars to practical hormone breakdowns — so you’re not blindly following a plan. You’re learning how your body works and making informed decisions that last beyond the program.

I’m in perimenopause (or feel like something has shifted). Is this for me?

Yes.

This space was built for women navigating hormonal change. We address energy fluctuations, sleep disruption, mood shifts, muscle changes and nervous system load in a way that’s grounded in physiology, not fear. You’ll learn how to adjust training and nutrition in alignment with what your body needs now.
